Journalists’ Code of Ethics includes the ethical principles and the challenges facing them. From ancient times, the professional journalism media had ethical guidelines and strict rules. These basic guidelines are not only in their professional part, but are also reflected in the individual spirit, and even radio and online media.But the memory of different regulations applies to different situations, but generally they are accepted as: true, accurate, objective, non-partisan and impartial or public interest- these standards apply to all challenges that face the press and the subsequent dissemination.The same as other ethical systems, including journalistic ethics "limiting the damage", which are usually expressed in the reports on the child or the victim’s name and other details of the partial concealment, or for the protection of the reputation of the relevant figures these parts are omitted.The European correspondent of ethics for race, religion, gender and disability has special requirements. In 1993, regular meeting of the European Commission, Case No. 1003 provides special news reporter ethics- to respect the presumption of innocence, especially qualitative non-judicial cases.Principles and regulations established professional news reporters is the result of countless hardships, such as conflicts of interest, to help reporters get rid of a moral dilemma. These rules and principles for journalists are to provide a framework for self-monitoring and self-correction.However, some European and American countries have embarked on the concept and implementation of these standards; a trace of such guidelines can be found in their reports, especially those who enjoy freedom of the press in their country’s media organizations. Statute and implementation of standards between countries, the organization are very different, but generally are accepted in the mainstream publication of a society. International Federation of Journalists has launched a global journalism ethics initiative in 2008, designed to enhance the handling qualities of professional events.Radio and Television News Directors Guild is special for the network news, especially dealing with public trust, truth, justice, honesty, freedom and responsibility and moral agency guidelines.Mongolia’s media, including print, broadcast and online media. Since 1990 in the Soviet Union era, Mongolia has experienced a massive media reform, to some extent increasing the diversity of news and freedom. Submittals caliber media system has been extended to 1998 the Freedom of Information Act. In the 2013 report, Reporters Without Borders media environment were, the media environment has been ranked in the 179 section 98, which means that freedom of the press is very important.Mongolia has a population of three million, the territory of 555 media, nearly 5,000 reporters. Internet opened in 1995 in Mongolia, not by the government, but has also played a pivotal role, until 2012, only 16 percent of the population has the right to access the Internet. According to 2012 data, there are 521,520 bits of Internet users across the country, and 20,084 clients. Network news, online magazines and the advertising has been in steady growth in the number.
