The catering industry has been rapidly developed due to the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life. At the same time, because of the expansion of the scale, the situation that low level of customer experience and information was exposed. The ordering experience that customers face long time to wait,complex and inefficient of communication is the most prominent problem in many problems. Smart phone and Android system provide a possibility to solve the current predicament of restaurant industry due to the popularity of mobile network. Smart mobile installed Android system today becomes a fashion. All kinds of APP provide abundant applied function for Android phone, and gradually begin to replace PC as the client. On the other hand,now peoples’thinking of internet is very active.Customers put forward higher requirements for convenience,meanwhile,the restaurant industry needs to improve the speed of response and enhance customer experience.they need to look for a new beginning in these aspects. Embedding internet genes become the urgent matter for the enterprise. This paper focused on the current situation of restaurant industry V2.0, and designed a ordering system APP based on Android. The main contributions of this paper are:1.In this paper, the research status of self-ordering systems and the application of data mining technology in the restaurant business were introduced. At the same time,a detailed analysis of Android operating system and the advantage of implementing the system on Android was made. What’s more, the purpose of the paper is to refine the Self Ordering System existed,and improve the intelligent level of the restaurant by adding the component of Bussiness Analysis.2.0n the basis of combing the organizational structure of the existing Ordering software system,the paper’s structure was proposed:The development environment of application was builted by Eclipse,the system was programmed in Java and serviced by Tomcat.Besides, Servlet and MySQL were used for data storage and manipulation.To make the system perform better,C3P0 database connection pool bridged the Server and database.After comparing the time and resources spented on data analisis and the readability between XML and JSON, JSON was choosed as the data interchange format between Server and Client.Android UI was developed on cellphone Client,and Activity was the main component.The system followed the HTTP protocol when it communicate with Server by network. And during the specific design progress the whole system was in the architectural pattern of MVC.3.The system’s demand analysis consists of cellphone part and webpage part,and this paper analisyzed the capability requirement of system by the operability and scalability.Based on it,the system’s architecture was formed and its operation process was born.Then according to the modular programming,the components included in the system were designed and finished.The cellphone was used to account,order, cancel and so on.And the orders’s query and management was provided by webpage.4.Conform to the trend of Big Data,the classic Apriori alogrithm was adopted to finish the extraction of frequency item set of date mining by means of association rules in this design of software.Classfying and analyzing lots of orders,the system tried to get the different customers’prefrences at different periods so that the restaurant is still possible to provide individualized service in the context of scale enlargement of restaurant.5. At last,the wireless system was tested by both directions of function and performance to display the Wireless-ordering system’s possibility and advantage.
