The full name of Green Channel is the transport of fresh farm products, it was first founded in 1995, and it mainly set up in the toll station. The policies of Green Channel is that vehicles carries fresh produce legally don’t have to pay for the highway tolls. The green channel policy promotes the development of Chinese agriculture and increasing farmers’ income. However, under the temptation of interests, some people use illegal conventional or seal shipment way to fake green channel evasion vehicle tolls. Now traditional detection method is artificial way only, and each car takes 10 to 20 minutes to finish inspection. Test difficulty and intensity of labor is very large. So this topic put forward a real-time detection system based on X-ray through image-forming principle. Scanning the vehicles’ images real-time and transmit to the control room computer. Comparing with the standard images in the database we can find the counterfeit vehicles quickly. Tests show that the system’s hardware and software design are feasible. Precision and safety in accordance with national standards, so the system has promotional value.This paper has seven chapters. The first chapter introduces this topic research significance and research status at home and abroad, and put forward the main research content of this project. The second chapter introduce the principle of the system using, and give a simple introduction of the production and the characteristics of X-ray. The third chapter introduces the system overall design scheme, including the function of the system of each function module. The fourth chapter introduces hardware circuit design of the system in detail, mainly includes the photomultiplier tubes for signal acquisition. The signal processing module of signal amplification and filtering processing. The design of the field of electrical control system. The fifth chapter mainly introduces the design of system software module, including the software of upper machine and lower machine processing. Lower machine mainly MCU signal modulation control of photomultiplier; PLC control of the site each relay and the communication MCU、industrial personal computer. Upper machine mainly collects images of image processing, including gray level transformation、histogram equalization smoothing filtering and sharpening processing. The sixth chapter mainly introduces the system’s test, testing system of X-ray radiation and the stability of the shutter. Chapter seven summarizes the system advantages and disadvantages, and put forward the improvement direction.
