Production logistics is the key link of various enterprise logistics, its performace impacts production directly. In the actual production logistics activity, it’s not uncommon to store large amount of certain type material or stop work until the material sent to in manufacturing shop. What’s more, it’s hard to keep away from losing materials. This project was developed according to the actual requirement of logistics activity. It can pick the materials from warehouses in different place by the datetime, send to manufacturing shop when it called piece by piece and monitor the material quantity when entering or going out buildings.This paper introduces the background, research contents and significance of developping production logistics system, analyzes the current problems exist in current logisitc activity and gives the soluction firstly. It describes the related knowledge and technology when designing and implememnting secondly.Thirdly, describe the system’s demand analysis from four aspects of software requirements, and continue with this basis design, highlighting solutions for arithmetic of material first in first out, trolly in and out manangement, reading RFID tag by Arduino board. Finally, states the design and implementation of each modules which including software and hardware.The test and preliminary practice proval that the scenario of large amout of certain type material storing in the production and waiting for material to work has been eliminated basically, which leads to booming of production.
