This paper proposes the research subject based on the rapid development of wireless communication technology and people’s gradual demand for smart home.This paper firstly starts from the characteristics of wireless communication technology ZigBee and proposes the intelligent wireless temperature control system based on ZigBee technology.The intelligent wireless temperature control system studied in this paper can be regarded as a part of smart home system, and this paper systematically introduces the design scheme of the entire system from every aspect including remote server access,hardware implementation and software design,aiming to provide design schemes and solve technical difficulties for the industry o f smart home.By organically combining Zig Bee technology with relevant technologies of temperature control,this paper draws forth the feasibility and necessity of ZigBee technology in the research of intelligent wireless temperature control system based on introducing the topological structure of ZigBee technology,communication mode and the development situation and existing problems of temperature control system.The paper mainly studies Zig Bee technology from hardware and software, the former of which focuses on studying the LW115 X built-in wireless communication module of ZigBee protocol,while the latter one focuses on the protocol stack of ZigBee.In this paper,it mainly researches on the ZigBee protocol stack developed independently by Helixun Technology Company,which adopts the pattern of Ad hoc self-healing network and supports Mash network and the distance vector routing algorithm of standard Ad hoc On-Demand Vector(AODV).The paper also emphasizes on studying the key technologies like data package analysis technology,single-chip technology and temperature control technology adopted in the design of smart wireless temperature control system.The intelligent wireless temperature control system designed in the paper,which adopts the object-oriented design philosophy and distributed system architecture, can be divided into two parts including software and hardware functionally.In terms of hardware implementation, it mainly designs control engine,temperature and humidity gathering module and temperature control module;in software design,it mainly designs the program of temperature and humidity gathering, temperature control program and mobile client APP.In the process of system design, the running mode of MODBUS programming is brought in, which can allocate or revise the parameters of various equipment at any time, achieving the flexible control of the system.The paper also briefly introduces the software of base development environment IAR Embedded Workbench and parameter configuration software MacTools.Considering the accuracy of temperature control and the goodness of user experience, the paper designs a simulation system of temperature control in the end to verify the accuracy of the system in terms of the system’s functional test and verification, and tests and verifies the integrity of data receiving and transmitting on site to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
