Design And Implementation Of Hospital Data Analysis And Decision Support System

With the gradual deepening of health care reform, the Chinese medical industry is facing unprecedented competitive pressure. More and more hospitals than ever, more emphasis on the use of technical means to understand the patient and operating conditions. The traditional hospital information system accumulated massive data, but could not use these valuable resources efficiently.Therefore, medical companies need business needs of its industry to establish a unified data platform, forming the data analysis and decision-making data warehouses, building data analysis and decision support systems, and for data display and analysis by means of reports urgently.Hospital data analysis and decision support system,making full use of mass data existing in the traditional information systems,can not only manage the hospital’s daily work easily,but also predict the future direction of development according to the historical data.Based on the basic theory of data warehousing and data mining on hospital-oriented data analysis and decision support system design and conducted in-depth research. On the basis of a careful analysis of the hospital business processes and functional requirements of the proposed based on data extraction and data quality, data storage and data warehousing, data mining, and reflect the value of the overall framework of the system architecture. Determine the main function of each module of the system was designed based on the data warehouse SQL SERVER and describes the application of data mining methods in the system. Data analysis and decision support system development is divided into hospital outpatient, hospital, patient, and inspection of several functional modules. This paper describes the first three modules of the design and implementation, not only to discuss the use of key technologies in the development process,but realize the analysis functions constitute the patient area based on SSRS technology of innovation.This design of the system has been developed and implemented the first version, playing a prominent role during the test run. It is a hospital information system based on years of historical data as the background to the business needs of the hospital as the basis, with advanced technology as a guide to the vast amounts of data visually displayed, which greatly facilitates the user organize complex data behind the potentially useful information. And it can provide a scientific basis for reliable data on hospital operation and management, with a strong practical significance.
