The Research And Development Of Medical Record Management Decision Support System Based On Data Mining

With the health system reform deepening and the health care market competition intensifying,the building of digital hospital has become the inevitable choice of the modem hospital survival and development.The medical records information management is an important part of the hospital information system.It is bound to require the introduction of advanced computer technology,which makes the management of hospital medical records to meet the construction process of the digital hospital newer,more and more actual information needs.The data warehouse(DW)is such a technical solution to solve the problem.It is a traditional database technology to store data,manage resources,and build a unified data management platform for decision support system(DSS).Despite the on-line analytical processing and data mining are the excellent core technologies in modem DSS,but in the area of health,the integration of hospital medical records management system is indeed a new attempt.The system based on data warehouse can collect those detailed data on a variety of scattered Sources,establish the data warehouse system will a variety of theme-oriented,and develop the medical records analysis and decision-making.This paper is based on the theory of decision support system,data warehouse and data mining.By using MSSQL data warehouse development tools,we created decision support system for medical records analysis based on the medical records management information system.The goal is to continue to extend them to establish regional data warehouse and analysis system.The first chapter analyzes the research and development status of the decision support systems,data warehousing technology and on-line analytical processing(OLAP)technology,the background and research content of the request of the medical records information system for medical market changing.Then,the paper introduces decision support system,data warehousing,online analytical processing,data mining and the relevant theory and technology.we discuss how to build the medical records decision-making system based on data warehouse,and how to use decision support data warehouse for data analyzing and presenting.The examples are given to meet the decision support needs.Finally,this paper summarizes the research and the future development of the system.The main contribution of this paper is to conduct a study on the system.With the actual needs of the project,we construct of the decision support system for the in patient medical records by using data warehouse and decision support systems theory and advanced data warehouse development tools,according to the Ministry of Health based on the latest information systems functional specification.It can analyze the medical records data from different angles and different aspects.Finally,it introduces the application of document index graph in medical record classification.
