With the development of Web2.0 technology and social networks, there are more elearning activities carried out especially for social interaction. Synergy thoughts effect more profoundly on e-learning development. Users gradually realized the value of social interaction in Internet Products like MOOC College and Google Documents. However, in the field of design, the co-learning experience is not very good in current E-learning products. There’re many problems such as the existence of distraction, lack of depth conversation and lack of colearning approaches. The solutions didn’t address the different user needs of co-learning. In this background, this thesis analyzes learning needs and collective behavior of users, from the view of user experience design. This study makes more targeted experience design strategy for concrete design practice in order to create a more aspiring social leaning experience for users.Through observation of classroom learning and theory research, this study build colearning behavior model and put forward three important stages of web-based co-learning behavior model: active participation, concrete experience and reflective observation. Based on this model, this thesis comes up with design strategies including behavior-centered interaction design strategy, stage research in user study, different design thinking in doing, feeling and watching stage. On the other hand, through qualitative research method of grounded theory, based on authentic interview stories, with deconstruction and induction of user needs in webbased co-learning experience, KEPA model is established. Then collective function elements are analyzed in e-learning case. The design strategy of four kinds of experience requirements(reflective, open, social and feeling) is approached. Finally, taking MOOC College as an example, especially the functions of group learning and punch card system, the theoretical framework and design strategies are applied into this specific case. According to the experience demand of group pressure supervision, more specific design strategies and proposals are put forward for existing products. This paper’s research results are tested as well. From a practical perspective, this thesis solves the problem of user pain points based on the existing bad learning experience, and proposes experience design strategies satisfying different co-learning needs. It has important reference value for the development of related products, hoping has ability to make future web-based co-learning mode clearly. From the theoretical level, this thesis establishes experience design theory of co-learning, making up for the deficiency in the field of experience strategy research, and expends the education theory’s value in the design application.
