Wireless internet is developing rapidly in recent years, especially in the network without foundation representative organizations, namely the Ad Hoc network.Applications Ad Hoc network is very wide, there are military applications, emergency and temporary situations, sensor networks, personal area network communication in which military applications Ad Hoc network application most important applications of the original purpose of the Ad Hoc network technology research is in order to meet the needs of military applications. But wired infrastructure network and routing protocols with a central control node network can not meet the network, the network DSR routing protocol is applied to the protocol of the network, but in order to make the DSR protocol can really apply it, and in a real environment bring benefits, we need to DSR routing protocol currently flaws improvements.Ad Hoc network is a multi-hop ad hoc network topology, since its main feature is a node in the network is a random move, so the topology of Ad Hoc network is temporary, as the mobile node changes continue to occur. Secondly, the communication range of each node is limited, if the node communicate with each other are within communication range of each other, can communicate directly. When not within communication range of each other, they must be forwarded by intermediate nodes in order to successfully communicate the message, which basically requires routing traffic through multiple nodes to forward, this is the "multi-hop" comes from. In order to ensure the efficiency of packet forwarding and network throughput, routing protocol is particularly important, especially in a dynamic routing protocol. Because the dynamic routing protocol that allows a node to learn routes to other nodes, and update their routing cache.Because of the importance of routing protocol in Ad Hoc networks, so the modeling and simulation of routing protocols also is extremely important. Because of the need to know the use of simulation by what kind of routing protocol under which settings to make the highest efficiency of network transmission, packet loss rate is minimal. As used herein, is OPNET14.5, OPNET network simulation software is a technology package, the first model to be simulated by the network environment, and then set the application flow, specify the parameters to be observed, and then run the simulation, based on data obtained final analyzed. Here finally figured out the data can be graphically displayed, you can also be digitally displayed or output to a third-party software packages to observe.First, the paper established a network model consists of 20 nodes, and each node to communicate via wireless channels, and within each area of 5000 square meters at a speed of 5m/s random move, and then analyze the impact on network performance of DSR and DSR routing protocol parameters measured. And finally established a network of 40 nodes consisting of a network of other parameters consistent with 20 nodes in the parameters, in order to analyze the number of nodes under DSR compare different network routing protocol performance.
