Study And Simulation Of Routing Protocol For Wireless Mesh Network Based On OPNET

As the continuously development of Computer and Network Technology, the traditional Wireless Network could not satisfy the human's requirement. Meantime the prompt and flexible Network Technology, Wireless Mesh Network, occurs into our life. It is the new-style wireless network that it could be a key technology of next generation network due to the advantage of each aspect. However, it is unstable on routing, security and so on.This thesis is emphasized on the routing technology of wireless Mesh Network. Firstly it is briefly introduced the standard and characteristic of wireless Mesh Network and Network Simulation Technology, and OPNET network simulation software is introduced in detail. Secondly the auther decides to improve and stretch the routing protocol based on Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector Routing after analyzing Table Driven routing technology and On-Demand routing technology applied in the wireless Mesh network nowadays. Finally we have stretched the wireless node on the OPNET, and succeeded in the simulation and comparison of routing protocols.This thesis describes the each flow path of a new kind of hybrid routing protocol in wireless Mesh network, and does the detail statement and practice on the establish module of OPNET. It is a good foundation for the scientific research on security and certification of OPNET.
