Along with the ages of the Internet the rapid development of network technology, Traditional media such as newspaper, TV can no more effectively satisfied the needs of the growing information communication of audience. Mobile client、Internet video and other media forms arise. Mobile phone video, as a new way of multi-functional media based on mobile network platform, its convenience and practicability has been more and more get the favor of a large audience, Mobile phone video has a broad development prospect and strong vitality. Mobile video development’s current situation and future direction has drawn attention of the industry and academia.Based on mobile phone video as the research object, selecting the representative of the youth group as the sample of the audience, analyze the demand willingness of mobile video of young audience by the questionnaire survey, can better understand the audience’s demand characteristics for mobile phone video and future trend of mobile video production. In this paper the main research content is as follows:The first part, analyze the concept and characteristics of mobile phone video. Clarify the definition of mobile phone video through reading of literature induction. Analyze the characteristics and the advantages of mobile phone video.The second part, analyze the development status and problems of cell phone video. Analysis production and the propagation characteristics of the mobile phones Video by comparison method, analysis of current situation and main problems of mobile phone video.The third part, analyze the audience’s demand characteristics of mobile phone video. Analyze the demand willingness of mobile phone video audience by using questionnaire survey, to provide research basis. For the next chapter to explore the Creation Countermeasures of mobile phone videoThe fourth part, express the creative countermeasures and suggestions of mobile phone video. Analyze the content and production technology of mobile video from the perspective of audience demand.The development of any media forms can not separate with the effect of the transmission nor the audience’s response. This research based on the current situation of the audience’s demand feature and needs, came up with the countermeasures of choosing content, producing development and advancing the audience’s acceptance for the future mobile phone video’s development.
