With the development of global financial development, and continuously strengthen the risk consciousness, people are aware of the importance of insurance, the insurance industry is facing enormous opportunities and development. Due to the special nature of the insurance industry, to realize a standardize business processes is essential, and an excellent insurance core system will be the key to solve this problem.A good general insurance core product can help insurance company to deploy quickly, only do some customization to meet customer’s requirements, instead of developing a new system from the beginning. Although most of the insurance companies have their own system, but some processes are decided by different departments, due to lack of necessary coordination, sometimes cause conflict.Tn this article, J2EE framework to achieve a strong portability and high versatility of the insurance core system. First of all, through the analysis of the existing problems of insurance companies and currently used insurance system, insurance companies need a process which can cover the whole life cycle, can carry out rapid deployment and maintenance. After the investigation, we decided to abandon the C/S structure, use new J2EE technology, and collaborate with SSH framework, through the Struts extracted from the business logic on the JSP page, the formation of MVC mode, using the loC function of Spring to manage the mutual dependencies between object in system and their relationship, and under the help of the Hibernate to access the persistence layer. This meet the insurance company/institution/Clerk to log in system to operate policy in anywhere, solve maintainance problem in C/S structure system, and can also solve the problem of upgrading all the client when there is some updatesFrom business perspective, the system will cover the entire process, and operator from various departments should comply with an unified standard. It will be good for business process adjustment, improve efficiency of daily work for further development of the customer, and it’s the only way to solve the problem of business volume and innovation concerns.
