In recent years, with the fierce competition and continuously emerging of innovative business in the securities market, JiXiangsecurities’profit model by charging the channel service fee has been seriously challenged. It’s necessary for the company to explore the innovative changes from channel service to value-added services and financial services, etc. However, the business development is limited by the company’s current situations, e.g. the division status of the internal marketing and service, the decentralized customers and business resources, weak executive ability and lack of effective control measures. Therefore, how to utilize the information technology to break the business lines division, integrate and reuse of resources, so as to achieve the maximum of resource value and establish a good management system, is an urgent problem.JiXiangsecurities’customerservice system is discussed in this paper. First, the existing difficulties of customer service and the actual business needs are discussed, and the necessity of building the customer service system based on LiveBos is illustrated. Then, the main features of the standard customer information management system and the differential products services management system based on LiveBos are discussed. Next, the system architecture based on LiveBos is analyzed and the core sub-modules like customer management, customer service product delivery management and MOT service management are designed in detail. The integration and reconstruction of customer service and management process is mainly discussed, which utilizes intelligent technology and business architecture and LiveBos workflow engine. Finally, the system’s stability, scalability and investment returns are analyzed.
