Under the new normal economic development,"Internet+" just as new social form plays the important role in social resource allocation and integrate.Computer networks and related technologies affect traditional mode in our country's commercial banks deeply.To enhance customer relationship management is becoming the inevitable choice for commercial banks.From the professional angle of the bank,a mature customer relationship management can help the public account managercommunicate with public customers efficiently.Meanwhile,intelligent analysis the customer's information can realize hold the old customers and Mmning potential customers and retain general customers.This paper analyzes the system development background and development of domestic and foreign research situation,and introduces the main work of this paper.According to the needs of customer management in commercial banks and combined with the characteristic of customer manager,made a detailed demand analysis and design for this system.System realized the information management for public customers,the management for public account manager,analysis of public customer information,and the customer is divided into the outstanding customer,the potential customers,the ordinary customers,transfer customers,statistic customer,the system open sea pool,file the contract,share resources,management of products,to broadcast the notices and news,export and print the information of customers,order and follow up customers,upload and download the shared files,encrypt with password,and so on.I'm mainly responsible for part of System encryption?Customer classification?Transfer customers?System pool?Customer statistics?Office assistance?Resource sharing to design?code and test.The characteristics of the system are to prohibit the right click and quick way to view source code,and use the added salt MD5 hash algorithm to encrypt the password,and combined with C4.5 decision tree algorithm.When he public account manager enter customer information,system can divide the customers into the outstanding customer or the potential customers or the ordinary customers.the public account manager make different marketing plans for different customers,to realize hold the old customers and Mmning potential customers and retain general customers.After a period of trial shows,this system could satisfy the demands of public account manager to manage and follow-up.Meanwhile it greatly improved work efficiency.The public account manager can master the schedule of communication precisely at any time.Avoided the potential harm of the public account manager turnover on enterprise losing the resources of customers.Enhanced the market competitiveness of commercial banks.
