Development Of Public Information Platform Of China Immigration Inspection

The aim of CII(China Immigration Inspection) has changed from controlling to service. Dozens of years,CII tried to prefer their own publicity platform. Under the wave of opening police service system and deepen CII occupied culture construction, CII try its best to establish and perfect news and information broadcasting system. Under the background of New-Media Time,network becomes a main way to communicate with world,to know about the world and achieve new information. Many new information platform as Weibo,Wechat appeared. The governments continued to establish and develop news broadcasting methods. In order to improve communication, publish newly policy and law. Following the step of “2W Time”(Weibo and Wechat),CII publish policies by Weibo and Wechat, in order to spread information more quickly and effectively.The paper combines broadcasting theories,aimed to do the research and analysis the foreseeing of CII news broadcasting and provide suggestions of development,during the period of new and old media time.
