| With China acceding to WTO, the financial markets go in development and prosperity. The financial revenue of innovative products and financial services become the main source of the bank’s profits. The pursuit of the banks has changed from "economies of scale" to "economies of customer". In this context, ECIF has been widely used and implemented gradually in the bank. ECIF, as basal establishment, meets customers’ requirement cheaply and efficiently by integrating the inner resource of the bank and managing client information roundly. Economic effectiveness of management will be improved farthest.This article summarizes firstly, the current situation of informatization construction and secondly, the common problems about customer Information in the bank. The customer data is shared poorly, gathered repeatedly, used infrequently and operated riskly. Finally it explained the great meaning of ECIF. The main research results in this text have four respects:(1)We bring forward real-time data warehouse technology. It ensures firstly, the same data source and secondly, right analysis and decision. The flexible relational model can support a variety of views.2)Metadata describes mapping mode among databases. By building the metadata models for mapping mode, we can realize data conversion process. The procedure of converting data can be controlled flexibly and maintained more easily. The data conversion function implement data migration flexibly.(3) ECIF uses soa architecture, the flexible and dynamic change will be carried out and enterprise business flow will be established. Enterprise business flow will be expedite certainly. In this way, the existing service and application will be saved farthest. The cost of development and maintenance will be reduced and " integration and share and cooperation" will come true. ECIF has distributive, strong structure and good expansibility.(4) The data cube is built according to user demand. It will make OLAP and data mining much more effective. |
