At present, the aggravation of the aging society and increasing frequency of chronic disease outbreaks, leading to rising health care spending. The world are looking for an innovative, cost-effective ways to provide health services. Mobile health care provides high efficiency and convenient health services that can effectively prevent chronic diseases. It has gradually become a focus of attention in many countries.This paper presents the design of a health system based on mobile health in smart home.The system mainly contains four parts including intelligent wearable devices, intelligent terminal, the cloud server and a database.Intelligent wearable devices can send collected data to the Intelligent terminal devices via 2.4GHz and low-power Bluetooth wireless communication technique. Intelligent terminal devices process and display the received data,and transmit the data to cloud server. When the data is abnormal, intelligent terminal devices can remind users to treatment and processing. Cloud server process and save the data where forwarding from intelligent terminal devices, rely on massive data to manage user’s health.This paper has analyzed the background and development of mobile health care research,introduced the family health system related technology,designed the overall framework of the home health system. IOCP network communication model based on the design and implementation of a high performance cloud server to complete the large number of clients of concurrent processing. This paper describes the advantages of mobile cross-platform development. Using cross-platform development tool of Delphi, i OS and Android smartphone operating systems application has been developed. Based on a 2.4 GHz wireless communication mode is designed and implemented a healthy weight application development,based on the Bluetooth 4.0 wireless communication mode for the development of the design and implementation of temperature monitoring application. Healthy weight application realized weighing function, user management, user records and other information. Body temperature measurement application realized temperature measurement of the user and the user data-sharing capabilities.In this paper, the development of the cloud server application and cross-platform development of mobile phone applications were tested. Cloud server is able to more than2000 concurrent client connections to meet high performance, stability requirements, to achieve the desired effect. Based on cross-platform mobile application development has reached the functional requirements and suitability requirements for multiple devices.This paper innovation points are as follows:(1) Study the cloud server framework based on IOCP network communication model.Solve the problem of a large number of users concurrent access.(2) The cross-platform mobile development technology is studied, and the realization of intelligent terminal application software development in coding can release to i OS, Android and Windows platform with the same code. It can shorten the development cycle, saving development funds.
