At present, the mobileterminal has the diversification and development techniques are compatibility, It willdirectly bring huge obstacles to the development of the mobile application.In order to solve the mobile platform development in the technology ofincompatibility, mainly studies the characteristics of the underlying platform anddevelopment and packaging, run the same code to compile the program in the mobilephone terminal different platforms, to solve the between each mobile phone platformtechnology incompatibility problems through the use of the unified technical standardson different platforms.In this paper mainly use Widget technology idea, implemented on the Symbianplatform at the bottom of the two development and packaging, through support interfacedescription language HTML, style description language CSS, as well as the basicfunctions of the Lua scripting language, complete development enables developers touse these two development and encapsulation of API function for mobile phoneapplications, and run directly on the Symbian platform. In the scripting language Luapackage and take a lot of special treatment and the underlying API function to supportdifferent development requirements, finally also use plug-in way to expand, add otherfunctions, including video and audio is through the plug-in model to support theexpansion of.Through the research and design of cross-platform program on Symbian platform,ultimately form a set of unified mobile phone platform development programming, API function development personnel only use these unified mobile phone applicationdevelopment can, without the need for care and operation of mobile phone platform tosupport the development mode, so that the developers only need to write and maintainthe same code, in the designated mobile phone platform after the compiler can run in thecorresponding mobile phone platform.
