Health monitoring and service is the application and innovation of Internet of Things and mobile Internet technology in traditional medical and health services field.With the increasing of the population aging and the increasing number of sub-health groups,the demand for health monitoring services is also increasing.It is of great practical significance to research and develop mobile health monitoring and service system.This thesis studies and develops a health monitoring and service system,it can provide users with convenient and efficient health monitoring as well as management services.The thesis initially introduces the overall structure of the health monitoring and service system,including data awareness layer,service support layer and application layer.Thereinto,the data awareness layer receives and transmit the physical data through the home health monitoring gateway,the second layer is responsible for receiving,storing and processing the physical data the health monitoring gateway uploads,besides,the application layer uses both Web and Android apps to provide information inquiry,health advice and guidance for guardianship objects,relatives and health care providers for consumers.Meanwhile,it also introduces the relevant technologies involved in the implementation of the system,such as bluetooth communication,IOCP(I/O Completion Port)communication model,MVC(Model-View-Controller),and so forth.The physical data that reflects health is the foundation of the system.Consequently,the thesis research and develop a gateway home health monitoring based on the raspberry pie,to receive and pretreat physiological data which is collected by the portable bluetooth electrocardiogram equipment,glucose meters and other equipment.The thesis introduces the general structure of the gateway and the working process,which focuses on the design and implementation method related to the gateway master program,bluetooth communication,data analysis,data transmission,storage module,etc.In addition,in order to improve the concurrent processing capacity of servers to monitor the data transmission of the health monitoring gateway,a high-level data communication server based on IOCP communication model is designed and exploitated,and the server is optimized in terms of duplex communication,connection pool,dynamic cache and service management.And so beyond that,in consideration of the issue a large number of physiological data upload,the system achieves the server cluster structure based on the "gateway mode" to address a large number of home users data upload and utilizes heartbeat,load balancing technology to improve the cluster business service as well as expansion capabilities.Using the Apache JMeter tool to test the data communication servers developed in this article,the stress tests analyzes the optimal packet size for the server and the number of optimal services by responding to metrics such as response time and throughput,and so on.Finally,this thesis designed and implemented a health monitoring and service application software system,which including health monitoring services Web application system and Android application,on account of the above research.It can provide health monitoring and management services for guardianship objects,health physician,relatives and administrators.The system,based on the Spring MVC framework,designs the RESTful-style Web service for both applications providing data service interfaces,and achieves a logical unity.Moreover,the system affords Web Socket-based message communication function,enabling real-time health communication between the objects of guardianship and physicians.
