This topic is a combination of xx industry technology company’s research and development project of “Shape meter”,performed focus on the research and design the data acquisition system of “Shape meter”.As the market demand for board strip gradually becomes larger,the requirements for flatness are also increasingly higher,shape meter is used to detect the plate timely and effectively plays a very important role.This is due to the detection information of plate-shaped can be as the scientific theory of judge product quality,workmanship,and the subsequent improvement, meanwhile,the plate-shaped is an important indicator for measuring the quality of the plate surface.However,the shape meter is used by the domestic steel companies most are expensive and difficult to carry,will be bound by location and other conditions,and some small and medium enterprises in order to reduce costs,direct use of artificial methods of sampling,not only inefficient,but also the accuracy can not be guaranteed,and may cause damage to the surface of the plate,therefore,it is very necessary to develop a new type data acquisition system of shape meter to meet the needs of different markets.In the above context,this paper presents a data acquisition program,it is used DSP as the hardware platform,photoelectric sensor as the detection tool,LCD screen as a interactive interface and DC motor as a moving vehicle,and has completed the design of the data acquisition system,implements the non-contact measurement and data processing of flatness,it is not only easy to carry,but also optimized and expanded subsequent,and constantly improve their work performance.Firstly,this paper types TMS320F2812 DSP chip as the core to describe the design of the whole system,and then complete the selection of key components by the plate-shaped measuring requirements,and also gives the design schematics of the related hardware circuit. Including:sampling signal conditioning module, DSP peripheral module,A/D conversion module,PWM driver module,key module and LCD interface module,etc.By working principle of each module,this article describes the design approach of each software module of DSP,and gives a detailed analysis of processes and flow chart.Writing software includes:A/D conversion program,PWM waveform program,LCD program,keyboard control program,serial communication program,etc. The design method of general modular is adapted in the part of software,for it can improve testable,modification and portability.After the system design is completed,first on the hardware and software were tested,and to achieve the overall debugging.The experimental results show that the design of the shape meter data acquisition system is reliable,can obtain accurate test data,verify the feasibility of the doing design,laid a good foundation for the further product of the portable “Shape meter”.
