| Along with the development of modern industry and improvement of science and technology, the traditional measurement methods and measurement of the content can no longer meet the measurement needs. It has become a new and important field of research direction to access to body shape and the measurement of dimensions. In this paper, the author has known about the status of the development of measurement technology at home and abroad, comparatively analyzed, and then established the contents of the study by studying key technologies related of measuring large-size profile and its practical application .This paper studies the optical measurement methods and principles of body dimensions, including the contact measurement method and the non-contact measurement method, focusing on a non-contact measurement method. Learn the appropriate techniques based on various methods, and choose the measurement method based on stereo vision research. Describe the principle and working principle of a single CCD and dual CCD stereo vision measurement system, propose to the overall program design, consisted of design thinking and design methods. Design 3 CCD camera measurement system, including the 3 CCD camera system's overall layout, the measuring principle of space point, scanning rotation system, the video image measurement ,computer image processing system and the accuracy analysis. Finally, analyze the overall system errors. |
