Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Enrollment Plan Of Yunnan University Tourism And Culture College

College enrollment plan information management is a very important link in college admissions work, it is an important guarantee to implement the scientific concept of development thoroughly, to promote the higher education work center of gravity to deepen reform actively, to improve the quality and to comprehensive a higher education, coordinated and sustainable development. But the expanding scale of colleges and universities and the expanding admissions team make traditional admissions information management mode facing a series of serious challenges. We encountered many new problems in the recruitment plan and report the work also. Aiming at these problems, in order to improve management efficiency and quality, this paper puts forward the design and implementation of the combination of modern information management technology college admissions program information management system.This paper introduces the research background, project significance of the college enrollment plan formulating system, the current research and application status quo, it also makes sure the content of thesis research and the main work. After analyzing the existing problems of work style and the original business process, then we put forward the modified flow chart of the business; In functional analysis, through the case analysis and the case description, this paper makes sure the system function, and gives the system’s overall function package diagram and the package diagram, has been clear about the system of seven function modules:Planning management, project management reporting, Plan to adjust management,program information dissemination management, planning data management, basic data management and system management; In data analysis, it analyzes the data of the each function model which need to deal with in system, and the entity class diagrams are given, and set up the database table structure; The paper summarizes the research and analysis of the work finally, and the further work has been discussed.
