This thesis analyzes the system development background and the development status of the provinces and food safety electronic monitoring system, starting from the grim situation facing the current food safety, conducted a detailed analysis of the business needs of the food safety of electronic monitoring of the circulation of the business sector, learn part the advanced experience of the provincial industrial and commercial system, combined with the actual situation in Jinzhong City, using state-of-the-art development model, starting from the architecture design, the completion of the food needs of the electronic monitoring system analysis and system design.In this thesis, the specification requirements management method, a clear analysis of the food operators on certificate and invoice, purchase and sales, returns, inventory management and the business sector food beforehand to check afterwards regulatory issues retrospective process to establish the business use cases, UML Unified Modeling Language model, generate business activity diagrams to be fully prepared for the smooth implementation of the system. Combination of Jinzhong City Trade and Industry Bureau of the information construction of the actual situation and business requirements of the system architecture of the whole system, storage and network architecture, functional architecture, layered architecture analysis and design, and elaborate system needs to address the main problem, design ideas and the means of achieving the overall structure of the entire system, functional architecture, layered architecture, storage architecture, network architecture, analysis and design, detailed design and some representative examples are described.In this thesis, food safety electronic monitoring system uses B/S structure merchants into the sales ledger recording module and business regulation module architecture based on J2EE technology platform and oracle database development, divided into food business households electronic cable card ticket purchase inspection, industrial and commercial department regulates food source traceability, whereabouts can be traced, and channels to be investigated.
