The Design And Implementation Of Student Information Integrated Management System For Mechanic Colleges In Yunnan

There were quality of technician colleges in Yunnan Province and the distribution was scattered so it’ s difficult to supervise effectively. Accompanied by the emergence of the problem and deteriorating, country support this technology college and provide the students living subsidies and free tuition subsidies. However, the policy is faced with problem. The Technology Colleges were crafted, now they need to manage the information and the supervision because of the national policy support. Obviously the traditional way of management is difficult to play an effective role, and the cost of management is high. Because of the need of support and help students, the government of Yunnan province will need to participate in the student information management. We need to design and implement Student information integrated management system for Yunnan technology college by adopting the information management mode.The system using J2Eeplatform which is widespread in enterprises and institutions, besides it using the SSH(Spring Struts Hibernate) framework and the MVC(Model View Control) development mode and the OraclelOg database. The interface adopts the lasted extJs front-end interface and the Html5 technology. The system adopt UML technology, which makes the system’s function and the structure more clear.The system includes five major module, they are free tuition management, financial management, graduate employment management, college management and student status management. The free tuition management module is divided into free tuition standard management, review management and free tuition management. The grants management mainly is divided into grants application management, grant user management, financial divide management. The graduate employment management is divided into diploma management, abnormal diploma management, diploma archive management, employment management. The college management is divided into profession management, teacher management, colleges management and etc. The registration management includes the management of student status and its exception.The successful deployment and use of students information integrated management system for Yunnan technology college has played a good regulatory role. It not only improved the management level of technology college,but also it reduced unnecessary spending and consumption. The deployment and use of this system made great breakthrough in paperless office and information management for Yunnan government. And it responses the apple of green office put forward by the country that everyone is responsible for protecting the environment.
