| With the continuous development of computer technology and network technology,we are now in the information age. By using modern information technology, we caneffectively solve the management problems for the higher vocational colleges. Thegraduate employment management is to build a bridge between colleges and enterprises,to provide employment information for colleges and enterprises as much as possible andto build employment platforms, so as to help students better employed. Especially in thecurrent situation where is increasingly fierce competition in employment, it is a hottopic in the discussion on college graduate employment how the higher vocationalcolleges can better realize their employment objectives. After investigating theemployment situation of the vocational colleges, the author of this paper designs anemployment information system and puts it into practice.In the thesis, first the relevant definitions about the employment system areintroduced first and the significance of the employment management system in highervocational colleges is stated. And the demand on the employment management systemis introduced in detail, and by analyzing the applicative scope and the securityrequirements of the system, the specific functions the system has to realize are identified.And in designing the system, for the convenience of future management and extension,the design ideas and the systemic structure of the system is put forward. Then, thespecific functions of the modules of the system and the design of the database areintroduced in detail. In the aspect of system implementation, the system adopts J2EE asthe system architecture, SQL2000as the database, JSP as the front desk developmentlanguage.Finally, after the pilot operation, the system improves the working efficiency andmanagement level of the student employment management system in the vocationalcolleges and plays an important role in the student employment management of thevocational colleges. |
