Solar-diffuser panel is one of the ideal calibration light source of the optical remote sensor with advantages such as good Lambertian characteristic, smooth spectrum, high reflectivity. Because of large degradation of diffuser, it is necessary to monitor and revise the stability on-orbit. The ratioing radiometer is a new device to monitor the stability of the diffuser panel based on the ratio, which can monitor the on-orbit degradation of the diffuser effectively. Using sun-illuminated diffuser panel as calibration light source and ratioing radiometer as stability monitor is one of the current successful on-board calibration methods which succeed in applying in lots of on-board remote sensors.In order to provide security guarantee in the system level test and the delivery acceptance, it is necessary to make the test of interface functions, performance, security, stability after the calibrator has been developed. In addition, easy to use, stable operated and high degree automated ground test equipment can effectively improve the test efficiency and simultaneously ensure the real-time and validity of test in the process of the performance test of calibration equipment and various environmental simulation experiments.In this paper, a ground test equipment using for ratioing radiometer with different interface has been developed according to the on-board calibration’s interface characteristics and test requirements developing currently. Mission requirements and design project for ground test equipment have been put forward. The software and hardware research scheme and results has been introduced, and the parameters of ground test equipment has been test.After the ground test equipment had been developed, its function and performance were verified through interface test and optical performance test of the ratioing radiometer. The results shows that the ground test equipment has good interface compatibility and operational stability and can be used as assistant equipment to achieve the interface test and optical performance test of on-board calibrator.
