In the maglev traffic field, operation control system (OCS) is used to guarantee the safety of maglev train. As part of the OCS, the on-board equipment aimed to monitor the train speed continuously, and control the brake system automatically. It's so important that we need to make sure the system function is fully tested before it's put into use.Based on the project in our lab, the thesis carried out the research on test method for on-board equipment according to system function requirement specification.Firstly, the thesis analyzed the structure and functions of maglev operation control system and on-board subsystem, and then divided the on-board subsystem operation procession into different scenes. For each scene, UML(Unified Modeling Language) models were created from four angles, including use case diagram, state diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram. Proposed an effective test case generation method based on UML model, designed the test case format, and analyzed a concrete example.Secondly, we researched on test data generation method by pair-wise coverage. After comparing the two traditional algorithms:AETG(Automatic Efficient Testcase Generator) and IPO(In-Parameter-Order), we proposed an improved algorithm based on IPO. By introducing priority weights, a sorting method for test case was discussed. Then a test data generation tool was designed for maglev on-board equipment, which can obtain test data semi-automatically.In order to satisfy test need in the lab, a test system was designed and implemented for on-board equipment by simulation, and the physical model was created for the train. The test system consisted of hardware simulation platform and peripheral simulation environment, which can meet test demand in different developing stage.Lastly, according to the test cases designed, test work of on-board equipment was done, and the system flaws were amended and formally recorded. Experiments showed that test work in this thesis enhanced the system stability and reliability of the equipment.
