With the continuous development of science and technology, the sound signal processing is more and more widely applied in industry, agriculture, military surveillance and etc, and it worth a lot of scientific researchers to engage in their studies. In industrial production, a monitoring can be designed based on the noise emitted by the machine, and then monitoring its operating state, the remaining amount of raw materials in the machinery, to achieve monitoring its operating status and the remaining amount of raw materials, and then alert staff to carry out related operations. In the cement kiln industrial field, due to the use of the mixer running time is relatively long, but the noise is relatively large, making manual monitoring seems to be rather difficult To aim this situation, a feasible solution of a monitoring system based noise is designed in this paper.The system includes:a sound preprocessing section, AD converter chip, single chip and display and key part. Firstly, System use groups of machine sound to train, complete modeling, and complete the training, then gather the noise emitted by the machine, After amplifying, filtering, the output signal sent to the AD converter chip analog to digital conversion, and then the data is converted into storage after the microcontroller, the microcontroller receives data AD chips, extracting characteristic parameters of the sound signal by the subroutine, matching the template created before and completing the identification. Lastly, transmit the final recognition result to the display module to display the results.The article first introduces the basic theory and the development of a sound signal processing, then a detailed description of the hardware design and software design process of the system. Then use MATLAB analysis sound signals in time domain, frequency domain, and find sound signal at a frequency of 200 points for the amplitude values can best embody the characteristics of the sound signal, so use it as the characteristic parameter. System by the sound signal processing technology and MCU control technology together to achieve a working process for automatic monitoring mixer remaining material content and real-time display, the error is less than 10%. It can remind the staff to feed the mixer, thus the leftover material which is difficult to be observed by human can simply and accurately reflected. It not only saves manpower and material resources but also improves the production efficiency.
