With its own development, Beijing gold management consulting company involves itself in the project construction. However, when it deals with more and more business, it meets with some management predicament gradually. For example, after getting big, poor communication between departments greatly affects the enterprise’s operation efficiency and operating costs. With the increasing business, the company needs to manage more data and the original artificial management way seriously cannot meet the demand of reality. As the business grows, the company is difficult to timely digest the new knowledge.In order to solve these problems and improve the competitiveness of the company itself in the field of engineering project consulting, Beijing gold management office decides to draw lessons from foreign related consulting experience, and develops a set of engineering project management system.According to the Beijing golden management consulting company and the company involved in the actual situation of the project, and on the basis of experience in related systems at home and abroad for reference, the system adopts B/S (browser/server) mode, the most mature and popular lightweight open source framework SSH (struts 2+ Spring+ Hibernate3) to implement the system. In addition, according to the result of requirement analysis, it uses SQL Server 2014 as the database of the system.According to the demand analysis, the system is divided into project design, material purchasing management, project quality and safety management, project acceptance and assessment management, project information management. The project design is divided into project proposals, project feasibility study (feasibility study), projects establishment, planning document, budget and cost management, schedule management, implementing six modules. The material purchasing management is divided into supplier management, shop management, supervision management, and material management. The project quality and safety management consists of project quality management and project safety management. The project acceptance and assessment management is made up of project acceptance management and project evaluation management. The integrated project information management includes information statistics, standardized management and knowledge management.The design of implementation of Beijing gold management consulting company project management system is an important practical significance for Beijing gold management consulting company. The management system helps the companies solve the problem of internal communication, improve the efficiency of the files management, improve its capacity for digestion of knowledge, and greatly enhance the industry competitiveness of the management consulting firm.
