When failures of business system in human resources and social security system occur, normal operation work of the user will often be affected. With the growing volume of business involved inhuman resources and social security bureau, it is necessary for business systems suppliers to provide timely technical support, but with the increase in system requirements, maintenance work will become complicated, difficult and too much cost will be spent on communication on failures, repair and coordination.Dareway Company offers a variety of business systems for Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. This paper designs and implements a demand management maintenance system, which is based on JBPM workflow management, for software products developed by the Dareway Company, by analyzing the proposing, review, submit, feedback workflow of new requirements in Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. When users find problems or put forward new requirements, details of the requirements can be entered through the system. Demand can be dealt internally or sent to developers through multiple evaluations, on the while the system can track schedule of demands to ensure that the demands can be completed quickly and effectively. By implementing demand management automation, the operation and maintenance system specializes the proposal, implementation and feedback processes, reduces the impacts and risks on on-line system through this process, and users can easily and fast propose demands, track schedule of demands and statistics volume of departments and agencies. On the basis of efficiency, this system realizes a timely and effective communication among users, on-site maintenance staff and developers.The development and design of the operation and maintenance management system follow the concepts and processes of software engineering. During the requirement analysis stage, with the thorough acquaintance of the workflow of demands proposal, the evaluation procedure which demands need to go through, the possible ways of demand solvent after a series of evaluation and the way to send demands to the Dareway company, analysts draw user case diagram and data flow diagram. In addition, they also introduce the performance requirements of the system. The requirement analysis stage is followed by the stage of system overall design. The technic architecture and network architecture are first given in this stage, and then the developers describe the detailed business process of operation and maintenance by drawing business workflow chart. Besides sequence diagram, state diagram and activity diagram is used to get a further acknowledgement of the system. Finally, the stage gives the system’s module division. The system is divided into two main parts, which is called system management module and requirement management module. The former mainly includes the information maintenance of current used business systems, the user information management part and the process publish part. The latter comprises seven parts, including requirement proposal, requirement check, requirement send, requirement internal deal, requirement feedback, requirement query and requirement count. The system overall design is followed by the system database analysis stage. Based on the relational model of oracle, developers give logic design, including the main table about requirement information and process information. At last, they elicit the relational model diagram with Microsoft vision tool. The database analysis stage is followed by the detailed design of the system, which is the code realization of every module of the software. The system implements a Browser/Server (B/S) structure, uses JBPM workflow technique to actualize process management. Foreground interface and background business logic are implemented based on DWFrame structure. Database persistence storage is realized by using Hibernate. The system realizes a unified interface style and an intuitive reasonable interface layout. It achieves a good user interaction. At last, software testers give tests to the system, including functional test, security test, access control test and performance test.Now, the operation and maintenance management system for ministry of human resources and social security is already deployed and put into service in many cities, including Zibo, Dongying and Weifang. It decreases the cost of communication between user and developer, improves work efficiency of system maintenance and ensures normal work of human resources and social security bureau.
