In recent thirty years, the information technology is developing rapidly, and computers based on Wintel architecture greatly promote the development of informatization. But the computers with this architecture is developing into a paradox which is that computers are becoming more and more complex while the utilization of resource is becoming lower and lower. For this reason, the team of professor Dongfeng Yuan proposed a new information mode called "thin client + broadband network + cloud computing server", and had successful developed the "China Hong Computer" based on this mode.The terminal of "China Hong Computer" uses ARM CPU, deploy a flash memory card instead of a hard-disk, and operates on the most popular Android system. Android OS itself has no file management application, what’s more, All file management applications in android market are designed for mobiles and are not suitable for the "China Hong Computer". According to the characteristics of "China Hong Computer", this paper designed a file management system special for "China Hong Computer".First, after researching on some of the most widely-used file management applications in android market, consulting a large number of literature, considering "China Hong computer" is widely used in offices, did the paper design the file management system’s requirements analysis and development model of each function module.Next, the paper designed the overall architecture of the system according to the requirements analysis, which adopts the hierarchical design, with a loose coupling between each layer. According to the system’s overall architecture, the paper established a concise and beautiful interface, whose integral style is similar to the file management system of Windows OS; Afterwards each function module of the file management system is implemented, including the storage devices directory browsing, file browsing, basic operation of files/folders, updating directory path, uploading files to network disk and the intelligent management of files. In addition, it constructed a back-up service application, to detect USB-device’s insertion; When China Hong computer turned on, the application will be automatically launched, once a USB device is inserted into the China Hong computer, an alertdialog will be popped up on the current screen, which allow the file management system to be started directly. The author add these two applications to Android source code after they are realized, then compile the system installation package and burn the package into "China Hong Computer". After the work mentioned above, users who use "China Hong Computer" do not need to download and install the applications.Finally, this paper complete the test of the application. According to the application requirements analysis, applications designed and implemented in this paper were tested item by item. According to the test results, the author constantly optimized the application’s design structure and code until it completely satisfy the demand of the requirements analysis.
