District government decided to develop a new management system, Fengtai District integrity risk control system, to implement modern management of the entire region in terms of integrity risks, the development objective of the new system is to be able to make modern management form, internationalized management level, and efficient management efficiency.Fengtai District integrity risk control system used JavaEE architecture as the development environment. The database management used the DB2 database. The interface of the new system used ExtJs framework as the foreground framework, the page design used Html5 web production technology. The use of new technologies made the system more humanized and made the interface more beautiful and simple. System design adopted UML technology, UML technology made the whole system function more clear and bright, effectively improving the development progress of the system. Technical framework the system used was the Spring, Struts, Hibernate framework, making the system realized the development principles, "high cohesion and low coupling" and "focusing on design and despising development", reducing the amount of redundant code, reducing the dependence between modules, and the system was easier to maintain and manage. System development model adopted the MVC pattern, reducing the dependence between the various modules.The system mainly achieved five major business modules, namely integrity risk management, unit management, sun right management and democratic supervision management and work management. integrity risk achieved risk integrity information base management, risk remind management, early warning management and other sub-function modules. Unit management achieved two sub-function modules, straight unit management, town and street management. Sun right management achieved right process management, discretionary standard management, inspection process management and other sub-function modules. Democratic supervision management achieved three sub-function modules, thorough investigation management, complaints management and result of complaints processing management. Work management achieved three functional modules, work progress management, accountability management, examination and evaluation management.After running, the system not only made Fengtai District government have leaps of progress in the content management efficiency, but also made the information feedback of the integrity risk control more timely, so that district leaders can more timely, effectively and quickly know the latest prevention and control information and progress information. The use of the new system also marked that Fengtai District take a solid step in the management of information technology.
