The Design And Implementation Of Online Orders System For Lancy Apparel

After the economic crisis, with the rapid recovery of China’s economy, the clothi ng industry is also expanding, people’s need for clothing are constantly rising, the orig inal clothing ordering management way of Lancy can not meet the rapid growth in vol ume of business. Therefore, the currently primary task of Lancy is using information t echnology to manage the ordering process, it’s very necessary to design and impleme nt an online ordering system to cope with the increase of volume of business, the origi nal management way will be replaced by IT management of ordering process and orde ring information.This paper surveyed the actual situation of Lancy company, considered their spec ific needs, and combined with advanced technologies and techniques which similar sy stems used, finally decided to use B/S architecture for the online ordering system. The system adopted object-oriented thought, and used MVC design patterns, Struts and hi bernate in J2EE frameworks, and other advanced computer technologies for the desig n. Taking consideration of the mobile client function involved in the system needs, the system also needed the architecture of android system. The database that the system u sed was a relational database SQL SERVER 2012.Lancy online ordering system mainly achieved order management service, comm odity management service, agent management service, assistant management service and mobile client function service. The system can uniformly processed orders, comm odities, agents, storage, fund, payment, logistics and other information; the system sol ved the problem of information management of the order between Lancy and its distri butors. Mobile client function can helped the business processing clerk check real-tim e order status any where any time, immediately audit, and quickly process the collabo rative ordering process, which reducing the communication cost.The normal operation of Lancy online ordering system promoted exchanges betw een agents and the company, laid a solid foundation for further expansion of the comp any, and also improved the efficiency of the staff and aroused their enthusiasm. It grea tly simplified the ordering process, and gradually standardized various management d ate. In broad terms, it guided a direction for the study of national ordering systems, an d provided some helps for other similar systems.
