In the developing world, network development, people's lives are changing constantly. At present, whether shopping or dining, everyone learned to book in advance. Previously only telephone reservation, now the Android mobile phone is very popular, mobile phone payment has gradually entered people's field of vision.Mobile phone payment is extremely convenient, users also don't use the telephone booking, as long as login reservation system with mobile phone and input all the necessary information, businesses will see them timely confirmation. Mobile payment is becoming more and more popular, the development is the mobile phone ordering system based on Android platform. The system is the online ordering system in Android based on mobile phone platform, and can be very good to adapt to modern business needs. It can improve the service efficiency, reduce the waiting time for service, and help people save worry about congestion.This paper discusses the basic principle, the development of mobile ordering system structure, method and process. In the process of developing the system follows the process programming first detailed design, based on the analysis of the investigation, detailed, design solutions according to the analysis results, the final implementation of the code and the system test, and make the system in the actual operation in accordance with the previous design requirements to ensure the safe and effective and correct operation.The content of this paper includes:(1) the phone ordering system of Android is divided into mobile phone based client server and WEB terminal.(2) the client design features include user login and registration,commodity information view, to generate orders, view order; commodity score;secure payment.(3) the server end and the WEB end design features include logical data processing; view order; increase commodity; modify, delete merchandise; add user and modify the user information.This system uses the JAVA language development, the use of SQLite database to store data, and by using Eclipse, TOMCAT development WEB page, the Android SDK, ADT, AVD, DDMS as the development environment or development tools.
