With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the users’ requirement for data is growing as well.Some applications,such as online video, video calling and high-speed downloads are all demand higher rate performance of cellular network, and more various type.But the Long Term Evolution LTE system and Long Term Evolution-Advanced LTE-A system meet these requirements well by introducing the representative Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing OFDM and antenna Multiple Input Multiple Output MIMO key physical layer technologies.In the subsequent long term evolution LTE-A mobile communication system,the heterogeneous of composing by Macro base station and home base station networks can support broadband multimedia users for high data rate requirements effectively,and provide a better user experience.However, the problem of inter-cell interference in heterogeneous networks will more complex than single-layer network.The current solutions mainly includes power control, frequency regulation and so on.This paper studies the interference coordination problems and the corresponding optimization of heterogeneous networks,optimizing the existing downlink power control algorithm.Designed a reuse dynamic frequency coordination program using soft frequency, which is based on analyzing and researching inter-cell interference of LTE-A system.The simulation results show that the scheme can effectively improve system throughput and improve cell-edge user performance.According to the scenarios of heterogeneous networks which is composition of home base stations and Macro. In this paper, it designed the maximum home base stationpower control method based on the minimum user rate.This method can well meet the co-ordination between the minimum transfer rate and user fairness, and it also has the lowest computational complexity.
