With the popularization of long term evolution(LTE)mobile communication network technology,more and more people enjoy the convenience brought by LTE network,because LTE network meets the high degree of functional integration in the world on the basis of ensuring low cost and multi service.People can get LTE network anytime and anywhere,but LTE network usually works at 2GHz or higher frequency,and its loss through the wall is very large.In large office buildings,underground parking lots,gymnasiums and other crowded places,it can not provide users with high-quality service.At this time,it is necessary to deploy Pico cell with small coverage to improve the service.Therefore,Pico base stations are mainly deployed in densely populated areas.Since orthogonal frequency division multiple access(OFDMA)is used in downlink and SC-FDMA is used in uplink of LTE network,frequency division multiple access technology can effectively avoid inter symbol interference,but frequency division multiple access technology brings interference between cells,especially cell edge interference.Pico cells are usually deployed in densely populated areas to enhance frequency reuse and eliminate inter cell interference.Therefore,this project focuses on the co channel interference coordination between pico cells.Firstly,the application background of inter cell interference coordination(ICIC)is introduced,and the research on inter cell interference coordination(ICIC)at home and abroad is described,and the application of ICIC in frequency domain and time domain is proposed.Then the ICIC technology is introduced.The concept of almost blank subframe(ABS)is introduced to reduce interference in time domain,multi-point Cooperation(Co MP)scheme is introduced in airspace to reduce interference,and Fraction Frequency Reuse and Soft Frequency Reuse technology are introduced in frequency domain for inter cell interference coordination.Secondly,the timing flow,key parameter scheme and uplink and downlink ICIC scheme based on pico cell co channel interference coordination are formulated.The timing flow scheme includes initial frequency band division,key parameters selection of cell ICIC and user attribute conversion.The key parameters include overload indication,strong interference indication,relative narrowband transmitting power,and signal to interference plus noise ratio(SINR).The uplink and downlink ICIC schemes include uplink static ICIC,downlink static ICIC,uplink dynamic ICIC and downlink dynamic ICIC.Finally,two pico cells are used to test the inter cell interference coordination effect.The uplink and downlink transmission rate of users is tested by using the neighbor cell plus 0%load and the adjacent cell plus 50% load.The log read from the base station is analyzed through the Log Viewer log tool software.The transmission rate and SINR value of the base station are read by reading the base station log.Experimental results show that the ICIC function of pico cell is turned on,and the inter cell interference is effectively coordinated.
