Application And Development Of Locomotive Repair Information Statistics And Analysis System

In recent years, with the overleaped development of railway equipment manufacturing enterprises, the locomotive repair task has been increasingly heavy where the time node has been shorter and quality requirements have been defined highly, and much more strict requirements of locomotive repair have been put forwarded in terms of flow processes, visualization and management informatization.The existing enterprise ERP system enhances the informatization construction on the aspects of company’s finance, logistics and new production plan, workshop operation management and cost management, and has achieved obvious effect to some extent. However, for the locomotive repair management, only fine enter data list management is not enough where the repaired mileage and repair&replacement ratio are absent. The data research function is complicated and can not provide effective data and satisfactory result. As a result, the locomotive repair management level is hindered. With the penetration and growing business of informatization construction, further improving the locomotive repair management information level will be the urgent task to be resolved as soon as possible. Therefore, we need to research and develop a set of locomotive repair information statistic and analysis system. Development and application of the system will greatly improve the company locomotive cost control and work efficiency in the repair process, and realize the organic integration and data sharing system among related business block, to lift company locomotive repair information management effectively as a return.This system adopts B/S framework application with three layer structure, make use of the popular Hibernate framework and Oracle database under JAVA WEB, is deployed in the virtual server, and establishes data exchange platform based on Web Service, realize the quick exchange and common share in real-time with the basic information from ERP system such as material and fine enter data list.This paper firstly introduces the construction goals and design demand of system, gives statement on the overall frame design and the four major module function. Secondly, this paper gives detailed description on the development and design of data exchange platform and system data base, where two examples are taken, i.e. repair & replacement ratio and comparison table. Finally the operation and application of the system platform is summarized and objective evaluation and description on system application effect are given.
