Paper archives is a kind of archives with paper as the carrier.File mounting technology is China's intangible cultural heritage.It plays an unparalleled role in the protection and restoration of paper files,literature,calligraphy and painting,books and so on.In modern times,according to the relevant data,the work of file mounting is facing serious problems such as brain drain,backward mounting technology and lack of theoretical guidance.By using the methods of field survey,literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the archival mounting work in S Province.It is found that there are some deficiencies in the archival mounting work in S Province,such as insufficient number of mounting personnel,lack of corresponding mounting standards,single mounting technology and incomplete mounting equipment,Then,the author combined with the development trend of file mounting in China,put forward the strategies of establishing training institutions,providing good working environment and welfare treatment,formulating relevant working standards and systems,so as to guide the healthy development of file mounting work.
