Embraced by burgeoning development of Internet Economy recently,the O2O(Online to Offline)model has become the hottest pattern among businesses in the digital business world,which is simply meant by its context-“paying online and consuming offline”.It combines offline business opportunities with internet operational interface,that allows internet become a platform to offline transactions.The O2O has greatly impacted nearly every industries but not in repair and maintenance of electronic appliances.Although,there are some applications in the market today,nonstandard service protocols as well as opaque rating system impede development of such applications inevitably.Thus,designing a repair and maintenance system to satisfy both consumers and market demands is quite meaningful of its significance.The major accomplishment of this thesis includes:(1)In-depth marketing research is conducted regarding current O2O repair and maintenance of electronic appliances market operations.Consumer behaviors and merchant promotional strategies are analyzed comprehensively.According to Software Design Protocol system infrastructure is designed.Meanwhile,according to User Interface Design Standard,a set of user interface is designed to fulfill personalized user experience and operational navigation.(2)Base on the need of business operation,the consumer ordering service model and merchant operating orders model are particularly designed by using an order processing container.GPS locator and path computing algorism are used to process the operational data in real scenarios.The data collected will be displayed with explicit purposes to demonstrate data analysis and analytical results in order to facilitate identify issues for consumers as well as decision aid to merchant operators.(3)After this project,the functional and non-functional tests from both clients and servers have been verified.The core functionalities and major functional parameters have been analyzed and verified.The repair and maintenance system of electronic appliances mentioned in this thesis is now launched.It offers particular need of CRM relationship between customers and merchants with fully functional and supportive aid tool to repair and maintenance of electronic appliances industry.It also provides a good example to others who are now or in future committing into similar digital business operating system.
