Since entering the 21st century, the rapid development of all walks of life, the civil aviation has been paid more and more attention. On the one hand, continue to create a modern pilot training center, on the other hand, the increasing demand for high quality of pilots. Therefore, the pilot shortage has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in civil aviation industry.Research and develop the "digital flight training integrated management platform", achieve informational digital management of daily management, training process, integrated scheduling and supervision of the safety. It will integrate work management, standardize flight training process, share training experience, unify training standards, auxiliary flight training decision-making, public safety supervision, realize the comprehensive teaching, training and management, and achieve the scientific, standardized information resources integration, so that the flight training environment, training mode and education idea, education goals will profoundly change, and improve the teaching quality of flight training.Through analysis of actual demand, the detailed design is based on outline design and module division. Under the premise of the establishment of a stable, reliable, secure, high scalability, integrated management platform, the system is divided into five modules of training module, security education, security monitoring, security guarantee, air traffic control support, integrated conduct, integrated management. In this paper, implementation of the system uses B/S architecture, MVC development model, C# language, uses MS SQL Server as the database management software, and uses j Query to realize user interaction in the foreground, cooperate with Ajax to enhance the user experience.Through the communication and exchanges with user during development process, continuous iteration on all aspects of demand, continuous improvement of the program so that improve the system’s function and usability repeatedly. Finally, the system realized in this paper provides each function module of the daily work mechanism to managers, through the process of operation of each module implements the integrated management of the college daily management, training quality management and supervision of safety.
