Based On The Flight Training Of Flight Operational Quality Assurance System Design And Realization

With the development of China's aviation technology, flight safety has become increasingly one of the concerns by the world, in the continuing process of exploration, airlines realized combining Flight Operation Quality Assurance(FOQA) and flight training system with each other is an important measure to enhance the airline safety management standard, screen out the over-limit events by making use of FOQA data obtained, then conduct the flight training as a target, thereby enhancing the overall pilot's skill effectively.Thereupon, this article proposed FOQA-based flight training system design and implementation from the perspective of software engineering. Firstly by the research of the feasibility and actual needs of airline flight training system, noted the basic functions to complete the system; secondly multi-dimension design considering the specific working process of FOQA and flight training; finally, the system test on aspects of function, stress, compatibility, security, and etc. considering the availability, robustness and security of the system.By rational use of software engineering theory, and ASP.NET, ADO.NET, JavaScript, PHP scripting language and other tools and techniques, specified the actual needs for airline flight training system, as well as various flow path for flight training , including the QAR data acquisition, over-limit events analysis, integrated query of over-limit events, flight training planning, flight training program modify and delete, training feedback and evaluation and etc. and obtained the specific method of applying FOQA data to flight training.The system is of great significance for enhancing the pertinence of flight training, facilitated the management of flight training by proposing a solution by effectively using FOQA data, aided decision making for flight safety.
