Flight Team Teaching Task Management System Design And Realization

With the rapid development of computer technology and management concepts, the increasing importance of electronic informatization to the development of a country, a company, especially to Civil Aviation Flight University of China (CAFUC) has been realized by more and more people. However, routines of all the flight groups in CAFUC have still stopped at the stage of manual management and paper-based work which have severely constrained the improvement of the quality and efficiency of flight training. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to develop a digital teaching system for the current situation.Through the research of the routines of several flight groups of CAFUC, the system developed in this thesis has analyzed the demand of flight teaching and training and has finally figured out a systematic solution. Meanwhile, it has respectively enabled the students, the instructors and the administrators realize the functions of teaching task management, flight files searching and intelligent prediction of graduation date. This thesis mainly focuses on the part of management which is oriented to the demand of administrators'teaching and comprehensive management. Technologies of ASP.NET and its extended Mobile Web Page have been applied in this part, which have achieved the functions of news management and leave and leave clearance management which can be used by both PC and cellphone users. In the mean time, the function of bed-based dormitory management has also been realized. Besides, functions of question bank management, flight syllabus and flight data management could be equipped for the examinations of airline, syllabus and flight stage.This developed software system has been applied in Mianyang Branch of CAFUC, fundamentally achieved the desired effects and improved the efficiency of instructors'teaching and students'learning in according with the original design requirements. The digital teaching system has not only ensured the improvement of working efficiency, but also made instructors'teaching more standard and students'learning more systematic. What is more, for the management group of CAFUC, the digital teaching system has played a supporting role in decision-making.
