Design And Realization Of Personnel Management System In Vocational Colleges

With the growing popularity of the computer and the development of information technology, people begin to pay more attention to the application of information technology. Meanwhile, they begin to make full use of information technology to deepen the application of its information. In terms of the application of information technology, information management and control in higher vocational colleges need to be addressed. To enable the information management information to be in line with the development of the times, it is urgent that the management system in vocational colleges be deeply reformed. Both human resources management tasks and contents are complicated in vocational colleges. Therefore, improving information management in the new era plays an essential role in the information technology reform in vocational colleges.With the increase of the number of students, the efficient management of daily routines and information is an urgent task for vocational colleges. In the new era, it is necessary to conduct the research and development of information system so as to enable the school management to keep up with the development of information technology. The objective of this thesis is to provide a solution to information system of human resources management in Anhui Business Vocational College.The development of this system is mainly based on software engineering. At first, the paper carries out a careful analysis of system requirements. After that, these requirements are identified and confirmed. Then the construction of data modeling and database processing is conducted to determine the specifications of the system. Based on the completion of system interface design, security design, and business modeling construction, ASP technology and database development technology are utilized to develop designed programming so as to effectively achieve the B/S design patterns. In addition, data analysis and interaction between browsers and servers are employed to design a more secure and widely used system. However, the manipulation of the system is easy. Moreover, the system demonstrates great convenience and flexibility and features "paperless, automated and sharing" office operation. The application of the system makes it possible to achieve an efficient management of faculty’s basic information, attendance data and performance appraisal.
