| As the Huayi Group's industry and finance integrated financial service platform, Huayi Group Finance Company will centralized, planned and safely use funds under in order to improve capital efficiency of the whole group. To achieve this goal, we designed and implemented the financial management system to ensure funds of the whole group to inflow and outflow safely, efficiently and transparently.This system is designed on multi-layer architecture concept, which is logically divided into client layer, business layer and data layer. For system function, we focused on designing module for settlement management, capital pool management, deposit and loan management. We also designed module for public basic data, customer management and market data management, and make risk management throughout the whole business process. Through handling-review mechanism as well as front, middle and back mutually restriction, we has effectively managed the operational risk. In addition, the system provides BI analysis function, which can analyze the risk through internal integrated information and market data. At the technical level, the system is built in standard framework J2EE. J2EE is based on java 2 Enterprise Edition development platform, it uses XML(Extensible Markup Language) in the interactive interface and Sybase in the back-end database. The system uses B/S mode and use AJAX technology as supplement. This essay focuses on analysis of system requirements, system design and system functions.This system has been running safely and stably till now. The whole group fund management implements primary and secondary account linkage, online processing and collection payment settlement mode as well as real-time receivables recording, collection, payment initiation and settlement. So the capabilities of the whole group centralized fund management and settlement service have been enhanced. |
