Research On Computer Aided Advanced Quality Control

With the development of science and technology, the progress of manufacturing industry, the advanced quality management method begins to be widely used in automobile, aircraft and other manufacturing industries, and has achieved good results. The advanced quality management system, as an important part of computer integrated manufacturing system, has attracted a lot of attention.In this paper, I take the advanced quality control method as the research object, accord to the development situation and need of China’s manufacturing industry, study computer aided quality control method, and develope the computer aided advanced quality management system.First of all, In this paper, I analyze the development process of quality management, the research status of computer-aided advanced quality management and the development direction of computer-aided advanced quality management in detail.Secondly, the paper discusses several popular advanced quality engineering methods include: Quality Function Deployment(QFD), Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis Method, Sampling Inspection, Measurement System Analysis(MSA), Statistical Process Control(SPC), Design of Experiment(DOE), Traditional Methods Based on the First Mathematical statistics, Traditional Methods Based on the Second Mathematical statistics.Finally, according to the characteristics of various advanced quality control methods, I design and develope a set of computer aided advanced quality control system, which can statistical data in the database,and draw statistical control charts.
