In the high-speed developing information times of 21 century, CIM has become a philosophy of the modern manufacturing, and led the development of the modern fabricating technology. As a indispensability proportion in the CIMS, CAQ has increasingly got recognition. To the CAQ of the manufacturing, it does not exist a software system that is systemic, applied, and has the characteristic of the better aptitude, the better integration and can be secondary empoldered. This item is put forward about this background.This paper analyses the applied, mature, the most advanced quality management and control idea and methods, then develop the practical, advanced CAQMI system, aimed at the concrete conditions and develop demand of the manufacturing industry of our country. And I carry on system deep research focused on computer aided quality design system and his key technology among them.The research about CAQD system and its technology is one of highlights in mechanical engineering domain. Now, the major problems about CAQD system are the engineering research, methods of quality design, inner relation and mutual rules of quality design and product design ways in common use, and the integration of quality management system, and so on.Our country begins too late with the research of quality design. With the widely apply in the corporation of manufacturing information technology, people have realized the importance of quality design. Quality is the extremely important phases to forming product quality, and it is the source of product quality. Product design is the soul of manufacturing, while idea and technology of the product design is also the main technology of the advanced manufacturing technology system. This is because that the structure, capability, quality, cost, delivery times, manufacturing, maintaining of product and human-machine relation etc form during the design of product. And product design decides the cost of product life period. So the innovation of the idea and design technique of quality design would become the important tache that the manufacturing of our country absorbs advanced technology.Robust design method of quality design is this text focal point of research. Since robust design focuses on engineering apply, and it is design technology that designers can directly use (system design excluded). So robust design develops soquickly and has remarkable effect, has become the main technological means of exploiting market, keeping the advantage of the competition of the products. It is one of the secret weapons that the Japanese products capture the world market, too. Because the traditional robust design needs to do a large number of tests, and the orthogonal matrix that it goes on use when the test of choosing orthogonal matrix needs certain experience and the professional knowledge. This thesis uses computer technology, optimize technology and CAD technology to set up mathematics optimize model so as to analyse the sensitivity that product to the deviation, find out the best product design parameter. On the basis of utilizing technology of optimizing to structure the parameter design and mathematics model carry on research to application technology of robust optimization design. It uses oriented object technology to realize the procedure.At present, products design technology of oriented user is future development field. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is to analyse multi-level deduction user's demand for product to dispose, turn into design requirement, part characteristic, technological requirement of products, quality plan, analyse, assessing tool of produce requires, which can be used to guide the robust design of products and guarantee quality. This thesis has solved the decision problem of the quality room on the basis of the thing that the principle and function to QFD are further investigated.
