Qality management is the main part of enterprise management. Statistical Quality Control (SQC ) is one of important content of quality management. Process control based on SQC is the basic tache of enterprise product quality management and control. So it is important to improve quality control method that to use computer technique actualizes manufacturing plant process quality analysis and control. Based on process quality control status in quo and the urgent demand of a diesel engine enterprise, this paper mainly studies some kinds of general quality control tools, and develops the computer aided statistical quality analysis system. This system has offered a convenient and shortcut tool for the enterprise to analyze and control the manufacturing plant process quality.1. The system adopts the Customer/Server structure. It supports many plants and users at one time.2. The system adopts database to store the datas of process quality and realizes process quality datas shared.3. The system have included data input, inquire and analysis of Pareto Diagram, scatter of points diagram, histogram and Shewhart control charts. The analyzing results are shown by many kinds of statistical charts. They can be zoomed out and zoomed in and can be saved as picture of BMP form. The system is easy to study, use and maintance.4. The system has been used in a desil engine enterprise manufacturing plant to analyze the process quality. To compare the general quality control tools and use the system in the manufacturing, the paper gives general steps of process quality analysis and choosing principle of qulity control tools .
