The Research And Implementation Of Chen Du Railway System Of Profits And Losses

In recentyears, with the high-speed development of highway and civil aviation, traditional railway has met unprecedented challenges. In order to further improve the competitiveness and shares of railway in transportation market, it’s badly in need of a comprehensive system to analyze the benefits of running trains for deepening the reform of China’s railway marketization. For a long time, the liquidation policy based on turnover volume can only reflect the workload of each railway bureau, can’t show real economic benefit of train. In addition, excess fare as the only way to measure workload influences both cutbacks and reform of railway bureau. So it’s the key point to deepen the reform by calculating train’s profits and losses and regulating lines. In 2001, railway ministry issued a new financial liquidation method, separate accounting has been put forward. In terms of railway transportation, all incomes related to passenger train must be reckoned in passenger revenues which are acquired from market directly. At the same time all items of expenditure must be defined clearly, all these provide basis for measuring train benefits and make it possible to calculate breakeven point of train. With actual data and prediction system of passenger flow from railway bureau, we can forecast profits of new running lines. Based on all above, profits and losses system of railway train is chosen as my study object.This system in my paper is developed in B/S framework, we also use EXTJS web in front end, adopt C# and.NET Framework 4.0 in back end. Between the front and back end, we use Json data format to do interaction. In addition, the data base in my system is SQL SERVER 2008, and Memcached is the cache database.. Main functions in my paper include information management of train, revenue/expenditure management of train, new lines management of train, benefits evaluation of train and system management, etc.According to data exchange platform in CD railway, my paper design and realize the profits and losses system of railway train. The first part of my paper is an introduction which includes raise of problem, an overview of overseas and domestic research status, study contents. Then I describe the demand analysis of CD bureau and briefly introduce the designation and realization of my system. In addition I alsopresent my key technologies and processing procedure of each function, introduce operation environment and effect. At last, I give a summarization of whole paper and put forward the outlook.
