Cyber Physical Systems(CPS) are multi-dimensional complex systems of comprehensive cyber world, physical world and control process, and realize dynamic control, information services and real-time sensing of large-scale engineering systems. CPS are more security.reliable, real-time and efficient.and they have important and extensive application prospects. From the industrial point of view,CPS cover the small area such as warehouse monitoring and intelligent home network, and the big area such as the big level applications of industrial control systems or intelligent transportation systems.The railway CPS is the future development trend of railway transportation in our country.It is committed to improving passenger comfort and the safety of train operation. In order to shorten the system development cycle and reduce the development cost. it is necessary to analyse the system comprehensively, deeply and correctly, and to establish a secure and reliable model of the system at the beginning of development of the system.This paper uses the Architecture Analysisand Design Language to give the analysis and modeling of railway CPS. Due to the railway CPS is a time-critical,space-critical and dynamic continuous system, the modeling of physical world.time-space.and dynamic continuity of the system must be given. AADL does not currently support the modeling of these aspects, so this paper extends the AADL effectively to make AADL support it.The scenes of train collision, which leads to some security requirements and functional requirements, are analyzed for the safety of train operation in this paper. and this paper also proposes a number of measures and solutions to solve these requirements. In order to achieve the train separated, ensure the safety of train operation, and improve the efficiency of train operations, the detailed analysis of generation principle and and calculation methods of movement authority of trains is given.Aiming at the hugeness and complexity of CBTC system, analysing the characteristics of the system’s functions,the system can be split into four subsystems.Using the AADL and its extension ways gives the analysis and modeling of each subsystem with OSATE tools, defines the interfaces between the subsystems,gives the analysis of end to end flow in system, and gives the analysis and modeling of physical world,space and dynamic continuity of the system. According to the specific needs of the railroad system, the modeling of each subsystem uses the reasonable AADL components.
