District Vehicle Access-control System Based On RFID

In this paper,first analysis the present traffic management problems existing in the access BaoGuang district,introduced the advantages of automated vehicle access-control systems basedon RFID;proposed BaoGuang district vehicle access-control system based on RFID to im prove the efficiency of vehicle access area;the realization of area outside vehicle parking fee management improved the efficiency of the guard management access area;area outside vehicle parking fee management not only effectively mproved the security community,but also increase ed the income of the community property management.The system is developed in Ubuntu system,Qt development environment and use C++as programming language.The main function modules of the system include:ETC parking card re charge function,ETC parking card information recorded into the database function,entrance guard system function of vehicles entering the area,parking charge function of outside vehicles and function of registering vehicles logging in and out of the area.In this paper, the research content include the working process of automated vehicle access-control systems based on RFID,function modules of system.the interface between mod ules,analysis and research of the demand of the system database;For system developme nt,the processor chip S5PV210,CPU daughter board,power supply module,reset & power butt on, Ethernet interface,VGA interface, UART interface,RFID interface and RFID motherboard and the I CODE2 radio frequency card are introduced;Emphasis on the realization method of RFID reader channel selection,the realization operation method of the RFID reader finding card, reading card and writining card,Emphasis on design process of ETC Parking card recharge fun ction,he design process of ETC recharge card information inputed into the database,design pro cess of District vehicle access control program and parking charge program;Introduced how to prepare the PC environment for testing program on development board,how to set the serial communication software,how to set the network environment.Finally,describes the installation and deployment process,the test results proves that the sys tem meets the design requirement...
